Position: Operations Executive (Permanent) Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

Salary: RM 3,700/month (Fresh Graduate), RM 4,000 - RM 4,500(For 2 Years experience)

Start Date: September or October 2025

What Youll Do

As part of the KL operations team, youll ensure smooth account handling for individuals and employers in Hong Kong. This includes:

• Accurate data entry and document verification
• Handling end-to-end MPF-related processes (enrollment, contributions, payments, terminations, etc.)
• Responding to client inquiries and clarifying application details
• Investigating rejected applications and resolving issues
• Participating in system testing (UAT) and providing feedback
• Managing document indexing and payment matching

Who Were Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Proactive mindset, good communication skills, team-oriented
• Proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (to liaise with HK team)
• Able to work full-time on-site in KL, including Saturday half-day
• Comfortable with overtime during peak periods (especially early in the month)

Working Hours

• MonFri: 9am6pm
• Sat: 9am1pm (half day)
• Sun: Off
• Day shift only (no rotation / no night shift)
