Responsibilities
- Support the sales team at the day-to-day level, including managing and inputting the high-volume sales contract submission process and assisting with tool usage to achieve scalability
- Audit deals and contracts for accuracy, resolving any omissions or discrepancies by working with Sales and requirements set forth by compliance
- Maintain a clear channel of communication among Sales, Operations and other teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clients as they onboard
- Help create and maintain sales-related documentation such as sales processes and sales tools used for reference and training
- Contribute to sales support materials like FAQs so the team can efficiently and effectively find necessary information
- Help support the onboarding and training of new sales staff
- Suggest ways to create efficiencies and improvements to sales processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in an Operations role.
- Self-starter, motivated and have a passion for working in a fast-paced e-commerce industry.
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong skills and proficiency of Microsoft and Google Suites (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Process oriented mindset and passionate about optimisation and automation. Ability to interface & communicate with stakeholders and Product Development teams.
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to help out on any request as needed. Proficient in Salesforce platform is a plus.
