Job Description

Job Description

. Coordinate port calls, vessel berthing, bunkering, cargo loading/unloading.

. Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents, and terminal operators.

. Monitor vessel schedules and ensure timely turnaround.

. Support marine crew with documentation and shore requirements.

. Prepare and manage shipping documents including B/L, manifest, port clearance, etc.

. Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, safety regulations (ISM/ISPS), and environmental standards.

. Maintain accurate records and filing of operational documents.

. Track cargo movement and ensure proper handling, storage, and delivery.

. Liaise with shippers, consignees, and logistics providers.

. Act as point of contact between vessel, office, and external stakeholders.

. Provide updates to clients and resolve operational issues promptly.

. Assist in audits and inspections from clients or authorities.

Job Requirement

. Min GCE O Levels

. Class 3 Driving License will be a bonus

. Able to start work immediately
