Job Summary

Support the Operations Room Manager by managing daily operational tasks, tracking work orders, and monitoring company communications and sites to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Execute daily operational tasks to maintain smooth functioning of the operations room.
Create, track, and file Work Orders from various work sites to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
Monitor company communications to promptly identify and escalate issues or updates.
Oversee company sites through monitoring activities to support operational integrity.
Assist the Operations Room Manager with daily tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of access work projects, including scaffolding, aerial work platforms, rope access, crane works, other access systems and rescue operations.
Collaborating with the Operations Room Manager to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Participating in safety inspections and implementing safety protocols and procedures. Ensure that access controls are in place and aligned with the organization's security policies and compliance requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to access management. This includes creating guidelines for user access, data protection, and secure system operations.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the access management process to identify areas for improvement. Implement updates and enhancements to access management systems and procedures to increase efficiency and security.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Room Manager to support team objectives.
