Operations Manager

BIGO LIVE - Malaysia&Singapore – Payment Growth Operations

Working time: Two shifts- 9:30-18:30 or 13:00-22:00, from Monday to Friday

Office Address: Wisma Chuang, 34 Jalan Sultan lsmail. 50250 Kuala Lumpur

Main Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute payment growth campaigns across Malaysia and Singapore.

2. Manage and optimize local payment channels to improve overall performance.

3. Analyze user payment behavior to improve conversion and retention.

4. Monitor business performance, identify issues, and follow up on solutions.

5. Optimize growth strategies based on revenue, conversion, and ROI.

6. Develop creative initiatives to drive user and payment growth.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree and currently based in Kuala Lumpur.

2. Fluent in English and Chinese; Malay is an advantage.

3. 1–2 years of relevant experience in user growth, payment operations, live streaming, gaming, or internet platforms.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, with good analytical and communication skills.

5. Strong business sense, execution ability, and multitasking skills.

6. Results-driven, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
