About The Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets across various locations in both Klang Valley and Johor Bahru. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining service standards, driving sales performance, and supporting outlet teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing multi-site restaurant operations, enjoys travelling between outlets, and works closely with Outlet Managers and Area Managers to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets across assigned geographical locations.
  • Ensure all outlets operate efficiently and in compliance with company SOPs, operational guidelines, and food safety regulations.
  • Conduct frequent outlet visits to monitor service quality, cleanliness, staff performance, and operational standards.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between outlets and headquarters to align operational goals.
  • Work closely with Outlet Managers and Area Managers to provide operational guidance and support.
  • Monitor manpower planning, staffing levels, scheduling, and workforce productivity across outlets.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop outlet leadership teams to improve performance and management capabilities.
  • Monitor outlet sales performance and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Review outlet KPIs, productivity metrics, customer feedback, and operational performance.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, customer service standards, and operational execution across all outlets.
  • Ensure outlets comply with local authority regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Address customer complaints and operational escalations promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within a multi-outlet or chain restaurant environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets across different locations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between outlets.
  • Possess own transportation and valid driving license.

Remuneration:

Up to MYR 10,000
