Sales/Retail Executive – High Jewellery (Kuala Lumpur)

We are looking for a client-focused Sales/Retail Executive with strong experience in high-end jewellery to support boutique operations and drive sales performance. This role requires expertise in managing VIP clients and delivering a refined, personalised luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive individual and team sales, including high-value transactions
• Build and manage VIP/VIC client relationships
• Deliver bespoke client service and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and security protocols

Requirements

• 2–5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in high jewellery
• Proven track record in high-value sales (diamonds/precious gemstones)
• Strong clienteling skills with VIP clientele
• Fluent in English
