Job Description
- Lead Production, Quality, HSE and Maintenance to deliver world-class manufacturing performance.
- Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity across the operation.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor manufacturing leaders while building a culture of accountability.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Operations Manager Should Have
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Manufacturing leadership experience within EMS or electronics manufacturing
- Proven track record in managing assembly manufacturing operations with exposure to SMT processes
- Hands-on leader who enjoys solving operational challenges and developing people
- Someone ready to make a visible impact, not just manage day to day
