Role Description

The Operations Manager will serve as a key member of a lean and growing team, taking ownership of fund operations, financial reporting, investor reporting and governance processes across the Company's fund vehicles. The role offers broad exposure across the fund lifecycle, from fundraising and fund launches to ongoing operations, reporting and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own fund operations for the Firm's managed Funds, serving as the operational backbone for the Fund, Finance and Compliance initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end fund administration across the Firm's Fund vehicles — including investor onboarding, drawdowns, distributions, and fund payments — in close coordination with external administrators
  • Review and approve management accounts, financial statements, capital activities and other required fund correspondence or deliverables
  • Lead financial reporting cycles: quarterly and annual financial statements, external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
  • Prepare and coordinate investor quarterly report according to funds timeline
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting to LPs, regulatory bodies, auditors, and advisors
  • Support governance, legal, and compliance workstreams across fund structures
  • Assist on pre-investment or divestment processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and controls
  • Coordinate and drive audit process, including but not limited to valuation exercise, timeline management and stakeholder management
  • Drive and maintain quarterly valuation review for the purposes of investor reporting, including coordinating across the investment team
  • Taking an active role to assist in the preparation for new fund launches, fundraising processes such as DDQs and data room management, onboarding of any new investors with related AML/KYC documentation where required
  • Undertake strategic and ad-hoc projects to support the Firm's growth, operational development and business initiatives

Job Requrements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent are preferred.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund operations, fund administration or financial reporting within private equity, venture capital or other alternative investment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, fund accounting principles, capital activity processes, investor reporting and financial statement preparation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external audits, valuation exercises and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Experience coordinating and managing external service providers, including fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel and company secretaries.
  • Experience supporting investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, capital calls, distributions and fundraising activities.
  • Experience working in a CMS-licensed fund management company, with a good understanding of Singapore fund structures and MAS regulatory requirements, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word; experience with fund administration, accounting or reporting systems would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with investors, management and external service providers.
  • Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Self-motivated team player thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to evolving business needs within a growing organization.
