Operations Manager

Job Description:

1. Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
2. Develop and implement production schedules while managing resources to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
3. Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
4. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
5. Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall product quality.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs using lean manufacturing principes and data-driven approaches.
7. Collaborate with the Senior Management to set operational goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
8. Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to Senior Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in a machining or manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC equipment, and tooling.
4. Proven leadership and team management skills.
5. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
