We are headquartered in Singapore and is expanding rapidly. We are looking foradrivenOperations Managerto join ourKL Office located in KL Eco City (Close to Abdullah Hukum LRT).
Role and responsibilities:
1.) Operational Leadership & Team Management
- Direct Supervision: Lead and mentor the Operations Team in the execution ofday-to-day treasury functions.
- STP Optimization: Oversee straight-through transaction processing (STP) workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
- Liquidity Management: Manage complex intercompany fund transfers to ensureoptimalcapital allocation across the group.
2.) Treasury & Risk Control
- Primary Approver: Act as the final gatekeeper and authorized signatory for high-value bank transfers and outgoing payments.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all financial movements adhere to internal controls and anti-fraud protocols.
- Continuity Planning: Create operational redundancy by serving as the secondary lead for all critical approval workflows.
3.) Strategic Execution & Transformation
- Strategic Roadmap: Execute key strategic initiatives that align with the company's long-term growth and scalingobjectives.
- Process Innovation:Identifyand implement transformational projects to upgrade the Run the Business side of Operations.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Execute group-defined policies, ensuring operational practices evolve alongside changing regulatory and business landscapes.
Requirements:
- Previousexperience in banking / fintech operations and exposure to foreign exchange markets.
- Good at multi-tasking and process driven.Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Minimum5 years ofexperience in banking operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Proficient in Chinese and English(reading,speaking,writing).
