Job Description:
- Warehouse Space & Capacity Planning: Plan warehouse space, storage and capacity to support business growth. Identify capacity gaps and opportunities to improve space utilisation, layouts and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Projects: Lead operational projects from planning to implementation, including automation, process redesign and productivity initiatives. Manage timelines, stakeholders, risks and measure project impact.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and improve high-volume Seller Management processes. Work with Operations, Product and Tech teams to implement automation and system improvements that reduce manual work, errors and costs.
- Business & Performance Management: Build business cases, quantify ROI and track improvements in productivity, cost savings, SLAs and operational performance.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Experience in process improvement, operations, supply chain, e-commerce or other high-volume environments.
- Experience with capacity/space planning, process optimisation or operational planning is preferred.
- Strong business case and financial analysis skills, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive projects end-to-end
