Job Description

Lead quality assurance and testing strategy for multi-market customer portal initiatives, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions that enhance customer experience across the insurance domain.
Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute end-to-end test strategy across functional, integration, and UAT phases
  • Translate business requirements into test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead multi-market testing efforts, ensuring consistency and quality across regions
  • Oversee defect management, tracking, prioritization, and resolution
  • Drive both manual and automation testing strategies and implementation
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment
  • Manage stakeholders and provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal quality standards

Job Requirements
  • 10+ years in QA/testing within insurance or financial services
  • Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA SME in digital/customer portal projects
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Test strategy & planning
  • Automation and manual testing
  • Defect management tools/processes
  • Experience delivering in multi-market or regional environments
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys and digital platforms
