Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end test strategy across functional, integration, and UAT phases
- Translate business requirements into test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
- Lead multi-market testing efforts, ensuring consistency and quality across regions
- Oversee defect management, tracking, prioritization, and resolution
- Drive both manual and automation testing strategies and implementation
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment
- Manage stakeholders and provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal quality standards
Job Requirements- 10+ years in QA/testing within insurance or financial services
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA SME in digital/customer portal projects
- Strong expertise in:
- Test strategy & planning
- Automation and manual testing
- Defect management tools/processes
- Experience delivering in multi-market or regional environments
- Solid understanding of customer journeys and digital platforms
