Operations Support Staff

Job Description

• Support school security and safety, including gate duty, traffic control, and facility monitoring.
• Ensure school users leave premises on time and secure rooms, gates, and electrical appliances.
• Arm and disarm the school security alarm system.
• Clean assigned rooms and clear waste bins.
• Provide logistics support for school programmes, events, and examinations.
• Work on weekends when required to support school operations.
• Cover duties until 9:00 PM on certain days, with adjusted start times.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Preferably experienced in operating security alarm systems.
• Preferably has at least 1 year of experience working in a school environment.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in similar service
