About the Role. Responsible to implement process improvement initiatives, targeting customer experience & operational efficiency within AHS/AIA.
. Responsible to prepare User Requirements and review Functional Documents for BAU enhancements and various projects
. Responsible to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for BAU enhancements & various projects
User Requirement Preparation:
  • To identify & execute the process improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement is put in place to drive customer experience & operational efficiency
  • To prepare user requirement document based for BAU request & process improvement enhancements
  • To conduct user requirement walkthrough for business & technical team
  • To review Functional Specification Document (FSD) prepared by technical team and ensure alignment with user requirement
  • To obtain necessary approvals for UR & FSD from business and various stakeholder.

UAT:
  • To work closely with team manager for test plan preparation
  • To prepare data required for UAT
  • To perform UAT within stipulated timeline
  • To ensure all aspects of UAT are covered with minimal defects prior go-live
  • To ensure necessary regression testing is done based on needs and potential impacted are of enhancement
  • To document all test results for approval, sign-off and record keeping purpose

Post-deployment testing & User Training
  • To prepare user guide/manual for enhancements made
  • To conduct user guide walkthrough to business users prior go-live
  • To plan & prepare necessary data required for Post Deployment Testing
  • To guide business users in performing the Post-Deployment Testing
  • To keep track of all defects identified and escalate to the necessary team
  • To document all test results for approval, sign-off & record keeping purpose

Others
  • To provide support to the team when required during various phases of project including data analysis & report extraction
