Job Description

Responsibilities

To perform daily operational activities related to Spirulina and algae culture, herb cultivation, harvesting and general site operations . The role ensures all assisgned activities are carried out safely, efficiently and according to established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instructions.

Requirements

Qualification and Education:
- Minimum SPM

Experience:
- Experience in Spirulina/algae culture or herb cultivation is an advantage

Technical Knowledge / Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Spirulina/algae culture and herb cultivation
- Basic knowledge of irrigation, pumps, harvesting and general farm operations
- Able to use basic tools and operational equipment safely

People's Knowledge / Skills:
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Responsible, disciplined and able to follow instructions
- Able to work effectively in outdoor and operational environments
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
