OPERATOR

Responsibilities

1) Nursery Operation
- Perform routine nursery activities such as sowing, transplanting seedling, soil mixer production as well as plant care and others
- Perform general work and any related task that were instructed by the Supervisor respectively

2) Herbs Nursery & Landscape Maintenance
Perform maintenance work such as grass cutting, manual weeding and others at nursery, pergola herbs and herbs garden
- Perform general work and any related task that were instructed by the Supervisor respectively

3) Safety, Health & Environment
- Perform risk activity by following correct Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and safe working procedure
- Responsible to ensure safety during and after risk activities
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) need to be wear and ensure in a good condition with no damage

4) Training and Development
- Provide continuous improvement suggestion or feedback to improve the productivfty to the supervisor

Requirements

Qualification and Education
- Minimum SPM or equivalents

Experience
- Experience in agriculture field is an added advantage

Technical Knowledge / Skills
- Interested to work in agriculture sector
- Basic handling of agriculture chemical and fertilizer
- Able to perform repetitive routine daily task
- Able to follow sops, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Able to work under hot weather

People's Knowledge / Skills
- Responsible and well disciplined
- Good team work and communication skills
- Posses good attitude and willing to learn
- Physically fit for doing outdoor activities
