Operator I, Quality Operations

• Handle manual or operational tasks as per guidelines to ensure smooth quality management processes in manufacturing and distribution
• Operate within defined procedures with minimal decision-making, requiring technical skills and precision
• Monitor product quality at different stages and resolve non-conformances promptly
• Maintain relevant documentation and records, adhering to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support daily operations and team efficiency, ensuring compliance with processes and standards
• Provide guidance and support to team members to contribute to the success of the quality management team
• Ensure rigorous quality control, complete all required training, and commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirementsAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.
