Operator

Founded in 2008, MediCeram is a manufacturer of technical ceramics dipping formers used in the production of gloves for medical, industrial, and domestic applications. Specializing in producing ceramic formers, which are essential for shaping rubber gloves during the manufacturing process. This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator located in Seremban. The Operator will be responsible for operating machinery used in the production of ceramic formers, ensuring the smooth functioning of the production line, conducting quality checks, and maintaining equipment. The role also includes managing inventory, reporting any issues to the supervisor, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Experience in operating production machinery and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail for conducting quality checks
• Ability to manage inventory and report issues
• Knowledge of safety regulations and company policies
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the ceramics or manufacturing industry is beneficial
