Job Description
Position: Operator - Welder
Industry: Automotive Components Manufacturing
Location: Proton Industrial Area, 35900 Tanjong Malim, Perak
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (under PERSOL)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:40 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding, metal component assembly, machine operation, and production activities according to work instructions and established quality standards.
- Produce automotive seat metal frame components safely and efficiently.
- Operate welding equipment and production machinery in accordance with safety procedures.
- Conduct basic equipment inspections and daily maintenance checks.
- Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quality, quantity, safety, and delivery schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 2 or Level 3 in Welding or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with practical experience in welding work are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to understand work instructions.
