Job Description

We are currently looking for an L2 Engineer who has hands-on experience managing Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) environments.

The role involves supporting and maintaining enterprise backup infrastructure with Dell Technologies.

Key Highlights:

Minimum 3 years of experience managing PPDM (hard requirement)
Familiarity with Dell PowerProtect Data Domain appliance (daily operations & management)
Understanding of TCP/IP networking for troubleshooting at application and OS levels
Knowledge of Kubernetes backup and recovery in PPDM (advantageous)
Experience in the banking industry is a plus
Flexibility to work occasional nights/weekends/public holidays
