Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist, based in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The Optometrist will perform routine vision tests, diagnosis, and management of eye conditions, as well as assist in treating visual system disorders. Responsibilities include prescribing corrective lenses, discussing treatment options with patients, and providing pre- and post-surgical eye care when necessary. Staying informed about advances in optometry is also an essential aspect of this role to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and managing visual impairments and eye conditions
• Experience in conducting eye examinations and prescribing corrective lenses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with patients and colleagues
• Ability to stay updated on the latest developments in optometry and eye care technology
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Optometry or related field; valid optometry license necessary
• Experience in providing pre- and post-surgical care is a plus
