Job Description
This role will manage, configure, and maintain Oracle database environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting database issues, implementing replication strategies, and maintaining database security. The role also involves performance tuning and supporting mission-critical systems to meet organizational and client-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Certified in Oracle Database Administration (Application).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for database migration, replication, and synchronization projects, including cutover planning and execution.
- Proven experience in planning and executing database migration projects, including initial data load, real-time synchronization, validation, and cutover activities.
- Experience with Replication and Troubleshooting of database environments
- Strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining Database Security
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to optimize database performance
- Strong understanding of database management best practices and disaster recovery planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented professional environment
