Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA with expertise in PAS IAS to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Oracle databases, ensuring their performance, security, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Oracle databases to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and monitor database security policies and procedures.
- Perform database backups, restorations, and recovery operations as needed.
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance tuning.
- Collaborate with application developers to design and implement database solutions.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and administration.
- Experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
- Familiarity with PL/SQL programming and SQL query optimization.
- Understanding of database backup and recovery techniques.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and monitoring tools.
- Experience with PAS IAS (Platform as a Service Integration and Analytics Services) in a cloud environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
