Order Entry Specialist (US - Night Shift)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM (Follow US Working Calendar)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (fully on-site)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the US offices by processing orders using SAP.
• Deliver the operational efficiency in the back-office.
• Receive the customer PO and create order.
• Checking the customer's credit and payment terms to proceed.
• Generate the invoice to customer.
• Run the daily report to reduce the backlog.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in English is a MUST.
• Diploma and above.
• Min. of 2 years of experiences in order management related positions.
• Experienced in working in night shift schedule.
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage (not a must as training will be provided).
• Candidate with short notice (max. 1 month)
