What You'll Do

  • Accurately load and process customer sales orders within defined timelines
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and expediting requests
  • Provide order status updates and ensure stock availability visibility
  • Maintain accurate system data and ensure high levels of data integrity
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams
  • Generate reports and support administrative coordination as required

Key Criteria


  • Experience in Sales Support, Order Processing, or Customer Service
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable handling phone communications with customers
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict response KPIs
  • SAP experience or exposure to supply chain coordination (advantageous)

Work setup


  • Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City) : Australian hours (7am till 4pm - Malaysia local time) with a hybrid setup after a 3-month onsite probation.
