About The Role

As a Manager in the Ordering Contracts Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient ordering activities within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) stream. You will oversee and coordinate two key areas: Business Operations and Operational Excellence. Your focus will be on maintaining high operational standards, optimizing efficiency, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

What to Expect:

Team Leadership and Performance:

  • Oversee and coordinate both areas in ordering: Business Operations and Operational Excellence areas within the Ordering Contracts Management team.
  • Monitor team productivity and analyze monthly KPIs, providing updated dashboards to management.
  • Prepare monthly sign-off reports for approval prior to operational monthly closing.
  • Conduct performance reviews, track team members progress, and provide ongoing feedback.

Customer Satisfaction and Controls:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction with ordering processes through surveys and Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain high levels of control in critical operational areas to ensure revenue assurance.
  • Resolve any conflicts, escalations, or problems related to the ordering process.
  • Build and maintain rapport with stakeholders involved in operational activities.

Operational Efficiency and Strategy:

  • Prioritize efficiency in operational areas to optimize output while fostering a healthy working environment.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure ordering processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with control guidelines.
  • Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Promote ongoing learning, individual growth, and a positive company culture within the team.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (preferred) or any relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of team management within Order-to-Cash (OTC), preferably in an international setting serving global customers.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes - particularly in Ordering and Billing.
  • Proficiency in people management, communication, and active listening.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Knowledge of SAP, PEGA, Confluence, CPQ, Salesforce Lightning (will be an advantage).
  • Experience in preparing Excel reports and building dashboards for data analysis and presentation
