Job Summary

This role supports customer and sales operations by ensuring accurate account setup, timely resolution of billing issues and smooth invoice management. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain billing accuracy and support compliant, efficient operations.

Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries during account setup via email, chat, or ticketing tools.
  • Support sales inquiries and operational requests across multiple communication channels.
  • Proactively identify and resolve billing blockers or incorrect account setups that may impact invoicing.
  • Create, audit, and manage changes to customer billing and advertising accounts.
  • Coordinate and support month-end invoice reviews, including communications with Account Managers.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve billing and account-related issues.
  • Collaborate with market tax and legal teams to gather market-specific requirements and nuances.
  • Maintain accurate records and track requests using internal systems and tools.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in billing operations, account management, customer support, or a related role.
  • Good proficiency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data or billing discrepancies.
  • Good written communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Trello, Slack, and email.
