This role supports customer and sales operations by ensuring accurate account setup, timely resolution of billing issues and smooth invoice management. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain billing accuracy and support compliant, efficient operations.

Handle customer inquiries during account setup via email, chat, or ticketing tools.
Support sales inquiries and operational requests across multiple communication channels.
Proactively identify and resolve billing blockers or incorrect account setups that may impact invoicing.
Create, audit, and manage changes to customer billing and advertising accounts.
Coordinate and support month-end invoice reviews, including communications with Account Managers.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve billing and account-related issues.
Collaborate with market tax and legal teams to gather market-specific requirements and nuances.
Maintain accurate records and track requests using internal systems and tools.
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in billing operations, account management, customer support, or a related role.
Good proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data or billing discrepancies.
Good written communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Trello, Slack, and email.
