Organic Growth Marketeer
Build a non-ads growth engine: eyeballs → trust → enrollments.
Sigmaschool is an outcomes-driven tech education company. We run an AI-native software engineering bootcamp and we're building a hands-on learning platform. We are intentionally choosing a slower, more durable path built on trust, clarity, and real value. No growth at any cost.
We're hiring one person to own organic growth end-to-end.
What this role is for
To build a compounding engine that consistently produces:
- Eyeballs (people see us)
- Trust (people believe us)
- Action (qualified leads and enrollments)
- Proof loops (outcomes that fuel the next cycle)
Your One Metric That Matters (OMTM)
Qualified organic leads per week. Lead-to-enrollment rate must stay healthy. We are not interested in low-quality leads.
What you'll own
- Content strategy that converts
- Pick the topics and angles that drive buying intent, not vanity engagement
- Build an editorial calendar and ship weekly
- Write and publish high-intent SEO pages and thought-leadership pieces
- Proof & trust system
- Build a library of proof assets: case studies, student stories, testimonials, portfolio breakdowns, impact reports
- Run a review collection system (simple, consistent, always-on)
- Create truth content that repels wrong-fit prospects and increases trust
- Distribution that actually gets seen
- Turn one core idea into multiple formats across channels
- Use communities, collabs, newsletter swaps, partner audiences, Reddit where appropriate
- Build repeatable distribution playbooks, not one-off posts
- Conversion layer alignment
- Own the path from content → application / booked call
- Brief landing pages, CTAs, lead magnets, nurture sequences (email/WhatsApp)
- Work closely with Admissions so lead quality stays high
- Measurement and iteration
- Track what content creates qualified leads and enrollments
- Run weekly experiments, keep what works, kill what doesn't
- Report weekly in numbers and shipped artifacts
What good looks like in the first 90 days
- Clear definition of qualified lead agreed with Admissions
- 2 primary channels chosen and executed consistently (not spread thin)
- Weekly shipping cadence installed (content + proof + distribution)
- Proof library visibly growing every week
- Tracking is clean enough to answer: Which pieces drove leads last week
Who you are
Must have:
- Strong writing clarity (simple, direct, credible)
- Taste for positioning and messaging (you know what not to say)
- High agency execution (you ship without being chased)
- Comfort with basic SEO fundamentals and content operations
- Comfort with distribution, not just publishing
- You can talk to students/customers and extract real stories
Nice to have:
- Experience growing an education brand or high-trust service
- Reddit/community distribution experience
- Basic lifecycle email experience
- Basic analytics (UTMs, funnels, dashboards)
- YouTube packaging instincts (titles, hooks, story flow)
What you'll be judged on
- Qualified organic leads per week
- Lead-to-enrollment rate from organic
- Proof assets shipped per month
- Consistency and quality of execution
