Job Description
THE ARNOTT'S GROUP ASIA BUSINESS
This role will be supporting to The Arnott's Group (TAG) OTC team. Supporting the team in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial/data across Australia and New Zealand business.
Position based in Bangsar.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and the Commercial team, ensuring accurate and timely AR processes in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage accounts receivable operations, including payment allocation, collections, dispute resolution, and customer account reconciliations.
- Monitor AR aging, outstanding balances, and customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue credit/debit memos, customer statements, and support month-end close activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage customer accounts, identify risks, and support best practices.
- Prepare AR reports, dashboards, aging analysis, DSO calculations, and collections forecasts for cash flow planning.
- Support ad-hoc AR activities, including system testing and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting/ Finance/ Management/Business Admin).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of OTC experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable, credit, and collection.
- Shared services experience preferable.
- Experience in SAP or exposure to ERP systems preferable.
- Demonstrated problem solving capability.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
