OTC Manager

Summary of the role

The Order-to-Cash Team Manager oversees the OTC team and manages the full scope of customer receivables, credit, and deduction activities. Responsibilities includes but not limited to ensuring timely collection and allocation of customer remittances, processing customer deductions and claims, and overseeing reporting and approval processes in line with Arnott's Group Policies and Procedures.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage the OrdertoCash (OTC) Shared Services team, including workload prioritisation and firstlevel escalation.
• Oversee accounts receivable operations, customer collections, remittance allocation, and order release.
• Manage deductions and claims, ensuring timely resolution, accurate tracking, and coordination with internal teams and customers.
• Perform customer account reconciliations, resolve AR discrepancies, and support monthend close.
• Prepare AR reporting, including aging, overdue, claims, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit controls, and risk management requirements.
• Drive process improvements through system enhancements and operational best practices.

Requirement:

• With 710 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
• Prior experience in a shared services environment is desirable.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
