About the Role

The ENT Specialist (Otorhinolaryngologist) is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The role includes providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care, performing medical and surgical procedures, and managing emergency ENT conditions.

The ENT Specialist is expected to deliver evidence-based clinical care, perform elective and emergency surgeries where indicated, and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position also requires participation in on-call duties, clinical audits, and continuous professional development in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years postgraduate (those with less than 5 years experience may also be considered in certain fields)
  • Registered with the NSR and MMC
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
