Outdoor Executive

SUMMARY

The Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Out-of-Home (OOH) media campaigns for assigned clients. Working closely with internal teams and media owners, this role will assist in developing media recommendations, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring timely campaign delivery. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to)

• Support the development and execution of OOH media plans for assigned clients.
• Assist in understanding clients business objectives and campaign requirements.
• Gather and analyze market, audience, and media information to support media recommendations.
• Coordinate with media owners and internal teams to obtain media availability, proposals, and campaign updates.
• Assist in the booking and implementation of approved media plans.
• Monitor campaign delivery and ensure placements are executed according to plan.
• Track campaign performance and support post-campaign reporting.
• Maintain campaign documentation, schedules, and account records.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with media partners and stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Up to 2 years of experience in media planning, advertising, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets.
• Eager to learn and develop a career in media planning and advertising.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
