Position: Outdoor Sales Manager

JD:

.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Company sales targets.

.Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

.Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

.Conduct customer visits, networking, and business development activities to expand market opportunities.

.Monitor sales performance, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with Company policies and requirements.

Requirement:

.Tertiary education or equivalent qualification.

.Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably with team management experience.

.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

.Strong leadership qualities, highly motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

.Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

.Willing to travel for customer visits and outdoor sales activities.
