About The Role
As a Mandarin-speaking Outdoor Sales Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will drive sales growth through outdoor client engagement, including prospecting, face-to-face meetings, and deal closing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Actively identify and develop new clients through outdoor sales activities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Negotiate with clients and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales, or field sales within a relevant industry

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to deliver excellent sales service
- Proactive, resilient, and results-driven with a strong target-oriented mindset
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new industries and product knowledge
