Location: Malaysia (Fully Remote)

Languages: Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Fluent)

Shift Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM MYT, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays

As a Lifestyle Manager on our Overnight Team, you'll work with high-net-worth members across APAC, using your creativity, resourcefulness, and cultural knowledge to deliver world-class service whether that's securing last-minute travel arrangements, sourcing sold-out concert tickets, or recommending the perfect birthday dinner spot in Hong Kong.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for our premium members delivering personalized assistance across dining, travel, entertainment, retail, and lifestyle needs.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with members via phone, chat, and email.
  • Handle and resolve complex, high-touch requests with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proactively recommend services and experiences aligned with member preferences and past usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-up on every request.
  • Translate and localize member communications where needed (Mandarin/Cantonese).
  • Maintain strong documentation in our internal CRM systems

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong customer service experience, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or concierge services
  • Excellent time management & multitasking skills you'll be handling multiple high-priority requests
  • Calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure
  • Independent, self-motivated, and accountable - especially in a remote, overnight setting
  • A passion for solving problems, helping others, and exceeding expectations
  • Familiarity with APAC markets, especially Greater China, is a plus
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIP clients is highly valued

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position based in Malaysia
  • Working hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (MYT), including weekends and public holidays
  • You must have the legal right to work in Malaysia

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, able to communicate calmly and professionally with both members and suppliers at all times.
  • Strong ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, with a proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the tact and diplomacy needed to handle complex situations effectively.
  • Outstanding time management and multi-tasking abilities to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a drive to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in customer service, dining, ticketing, or hospitality is a plus.

Flexibility : This position is a full-time 40-hrs per week role on a shift basis, The right candidate needs to be flexible in offering their services between the hours of 10:00pm-7:00am local time, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays

Please note: This is a remote role in Malaysia, and we consider the candidates who has right to work in Malaysia.
