Overseas Software Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced OverseasSoftware Project Manager with a strong software development background to lead international projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client requirements and technical implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

·Communicate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, and develop feasible project plans.

·Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.

·Monitor project scope, handle change requests, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

·Organize and lead technical discussions, manage requirements, and resolve issues promptly.

·Conduct project retrospectives to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.

·与客户沟通,收集并分析需求,制定可行的项目计划。

·协调跨职能团队,管理时间节点,确保项目顺利实施。

·监控项目范围,处理需求变更,管理风险并及时解决问题。

·组织并参与技术讨论,管理需求与缺陷。

·定期组织复盘,优化流程,提高交付效率。

Requirements | 任职要求

·Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

·Minimum 3 years of software development experience and 1 year of project management experience.

·Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in Java or .NET projects.

·Familiar with at least one major database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or Redis).

·Proficient in Agile project management, capable of sprint planning and progress tracking.

·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work under pressure.

·Chinese and English can be used as working languages..

·Willing to travel for short-term international assignments (low frequency).

·计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。

·至少 3 年软件开发经验,1 年以上项目管理经验。

·有扎实的技术背景,参与过 Java 或 .NET 项目。

·熟悉至少一种主流数据库(MySQL、PostgreSQL、Oracle、SQL Server 或 Redis)。

·熟悉敏捷开发流程,能够带领团队进行计划和进度跟踪。

·具备优秀的沟通能力、客户管理能力及抗压能力。

·中文和英语可作为工作语言。

·能接受短期国际出差(频率低)。

Preferred Qualifications | 优先条件

·PMP or Agile project management certification.

·Experience in handling international projects or cross-cultural teams.

·PMP 或敏捷项目管理认证者优先。

·有国际项目经验或跨文化团队管理经验者优先。
