Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Food & Beverage provider in their search for a Overseas Training Director based in Malaysia.

Annual Salary Range: $52,000 - $87,000

Work Setup: Remote

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Malaysia

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the formulation and landing of training plans for overseas franchisees, and optimize plans in combination with regional characteristics to ensure standardized and compliant operations;
  • Build and iterate the overseas core post promotion assessment system, complete the assessment as planned, and ensure the construction of talent echelon;
  • Coordinate the landing of overseas training programs, build a training and retention system, improve retention rate and reserve backbone talents;
  • Combined with overseas policies and needs, formulate training plans for overseas trainees, coordinate multilingual support and monitor training quality
  • Set up and manage the overseas version of Wolf Warriors Training training camp, complete the training of core management personnel, and provide suggestions for personnel selection;
  • Coordinate the landing and effect of overseas training knowledge, establish a traceability mechanism, and ensure that the training content is transformed into work efficiency;
  • Responsible for overseas training courses, tools research and development, localization adaptation and optimization, to create standardized training products;
  • Coordinate the headquarters of the new norms, new processes and other overseas training landing, to ensure that the headquarters requirements of synchronous penetration;
  • combined with overseas operational needs, the development of targeted training content, linkage of various regions to solve business pain points;
  • Coordinate training support for overseas regions, build a support system, and empower regions to enhance their independent training capabilities;
  • Build and manage overseas training teams, set performance goals, and improve the professional and localized service level of the team;
  • Promote the company's corporate culture to land overseas, guide employees to identify with the vision, and unite the team;
  • pay attention to overseas training related laws and regulations, avoid legal risks, track industry trends, optimize the training system.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent in both Chinese and English.
  • Possess more than 6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and more than 3 years of experience in training management.
  • Familiar with corporate training standards and training procedures.
  • Possesses strong curriculum development capabilities and teaching skills.
  • Possesses strong training management skills and the ability to develop and write program plans.
  • Possess strong learning ability, innovative thinking, and the capacity for training and research.
  • Possesses charisma and the ability to inspire others
  • Proficient use of office software
