The P2P Hub Team Lead leads endtoend ProcuretoPay operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant service delivery aligned with global standards. You will develop and support the team, drive process improvements and automation, and contribute to system enhancements while maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Performance management

  • Lead a P2P operational tower (Invoice Processing, T&E, Vendor Master Data, Payments & Closing incl. Intercompany) within the P2P Hub
  • Manage operational performance through KPIs (e.g., Touchless Rate, Processing Time, DPO, GR/IR aging)
  • Ensure consistent delivery of P2P services to entities and regions in scope based on SLAs and defined service catalogue
  • Be the connector between global processes, regional stakeholders and local business ensuring adherence to global P2P standards

People development

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of accountants and key users, enabling continuous learning and career progression
  • Build capability before handover through structured knowledge transfer (Shadow Reverse Shadow Independent Processing)
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, problem solving, accountability and continuous improvement

Project / Process management

  • Lead P2P-related transitions and rollouts in assigned waves during strategic Shared Services Initiative
  • Identify and implement E2E process improvements using CIP (Continuous Improvement) methods, automation & best-fit technologies
  • Act as key stakeholder in tool/ERP changes (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Serrala, Blackline, Signavio) including testing and acceptance

Entrepreneurship

  • Challenge the status quo, drive automation and standardization in the P2P Hub and regions
  • Translate external trends and best practices into improvements for the Hub and entities in scope

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure execution and documentation of ICS controls within the tower (e.g., Vendor Master Control, Duplicate Invoice Checks)
  • Manage SAP role authorization concept for accounting roles within the P2P Hub
  • Monitor audit readiness, support audits and ensure closure of findings

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification
  • 710 years of experience in Finance, ideally in Shared Service / Global Business Services environment
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading through change
  • SAP S/4HANA knowledge required; experience with Concur / Serrala desirable
  • Strong understanding of P2P process controls and financial compliance requirements
