SN268 WO#2 Digital Banking Job Role: Senior Web Developer Domain: Digital Banking Sub-Domain: Retail Banking Experience Level: CL8 Senior (6-9 years) Location: Kuala Lumpur Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our Digital Banking team supporting Retail Banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong front-end development background with hands-on experience in React, JavaScript, and web technologies, as well as familiarity with backend integration and enterprise content management systems. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences to banking customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Work with backend technologies including Java, JSP, Spring, and SQL (good-to-have). Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and backend developers to deliver high-quality web solutions. Integrate content from AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, or other WCM platforms. Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with security standards. Optimize front-end performance across browsers and platforms. Support deployment and maintenance activities in HPUX, Linux, or Solaris environments. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps practices (good-to-have). Assist with management reporting as needed. Mandatory Skills: React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns Experience in web application development within enterprise environments Good-to-Have Skills: Java, JSP, Spring Framework SQL, Unix Scripting AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, Web Content Management (WCM) tools Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and management reporting Preferred Background: Experience working in Digital Banking or Retail Banking environments Familiarity with Oracle databases Ability to troubleshoot in multi-OS environments including HPUX, Linux, Solaris
