About The Role
We are looking for a driven and client-oriented
Paid Dealer's Representative to join our Retail Securities team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will handle dealing functions to meet business targets while supporting the full spectrum of retail securities activities, including marketing, client servicing, and trade execution in both local and foreign markets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute trades for local and foreign retail equities broking business
- Conduct sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients
- Manage client portfolios by providing market insights and maintaining strong relationships
- Promote and cross-sell RHB's related banking and investment products
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by branch management
- Review clients credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and strengthen risk management
- Obtain and maintain complete client information, including investment objectives, financial background, and source of funds, in compliance with regulatory requirements set by Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and other governing bodies
What We're Looking For
- Degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia
- Holder of a valid Capital Markets and Services Representative's License (CMSRL) for dealing in securities
- Prior experience or knowledge of the securities industry is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Established professional network and client relationship management capabilities
