The Role:

We're on the hunt for a driven paid media specialist ready to take the lead on global campaigns from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who's eager to step up, take on bigger budgets, and work with high value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and many more.
  • Go beyond the brief, bring new ideas, smart targeting strategies, and creative executions that stand out.
  • Own campaign performance with hands-on daily optimisations, precise budget management, and smart bidding strategies.
  • Analyse KPIs to uncover meaningful insights and maximise ROI.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging our direct partnerships with Google and Meta for platform updates and best practices.
  • Deliver clear, insight-led reports that tell the story behind the data and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Develop deep knowledge of your clients, spot trends early, flag issues, and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Take full responsibility for tracking time and managing budgets accurately.
  • Optimise performance using best-in-class tools and automation solutions.
  • Contribute to strategy development through market research, trend analysis, and cross-channel planning insights.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification
  • Minimum two years experience in programmatic advertising and DV360
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and deep comfort with attribution, events, and funnel analysis.
  • Proven success across Google Ads, Meta, and other major paid media platforms.
  • A genuine passion for digital media and marketing
  • A data obsessed mindset, always looking for patterns, learnings and ways to optimise.
  • A natural collaborator and confident working across global teams.
  • Detail orientated with a strong ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends in customer behaviour.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment and can juggle multiple campaigns without missing a beat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
