Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to join our team, responsible for optimizing paid media strategies to achieve maximum reach, engagement, and impact.

The successful candidate will lead the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, driving performance across the full marketing funnel. This role oversees the Paid Media team to ensure timely campaign delivery, effective budget utilization, and continuous improvement of operations and reporting standards.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in media planning, analytics, and creative testing. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into impactful media strategies, uphold brand safety and compliance, and deliver clear insights through automated dashboards and business reviews to drive continual performance improvement.

What you will do:

Leadership

  • Leading Paid Media team to ensure timely execution of campaigns/ projects, continuously improving SOPs for smooth operations with stakeholders and preventing backlogs
  • Build channel mix, budgets, and full-funnel plans (Awareness to Conversions) across Meta, Google (Search, Videos etc) and TikTok
  • Partnering with stakeholders (Editorial/Social, KOL Operations, and Client Success teams) by presenting strategies and results confidently.
  • Maintain naming conventions, QA, brand safety, policy compliance, and budget pacing
  • Lead Weekly Business Reviews/ Quarterly Business Reviews with actionable takeaways.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Work with Account Managers and Project Managers to understand clients goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Develop media plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Budget optimization is key
  • Run structured tests and provide asset recommendations (UGC, testimonials, demo or offer angles)

Tracking & Metrics

  • Knowledge in implementing pixels and trackers
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is a plus to ensure clean, deduped events and conversion value tracking

Reporting

  • Experience building or maintaining multi-source dashboard (GA4, Looker Studio, platform data, costs, revenue)
  • Experience automating weekly or monthly reports either via scripts or AI Agents
  • Prepare management reports for any paid media campaigns if needed to
  • Deliver clear insights and actions to stakeholders or clients

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns and hands-on buying across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok Ads with proven results.
  • In depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their advertising tools and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, pixel tracking, attribution modeling, and conversion value setup and optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience in Looker Studio dashboarding (data blending, filters, date controls, pacing views) and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable with creative experimentation (multiple assets/ad set, weekly iterations) and landing-page testing.
  • Excellent communication, project ownership, and stakeholder management.
