Job Description
- Identify and implement preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent equipment failures/breakdown and minimize unplanned machine downtime Attend and coordinate to fix or troubleshoot equipment failures /breakdowns in a minimal duration Monitor and keep track on the equipment history record in order to improve and prolong the life span of equipment Optimize spare part requirement so that the spare parts are available whenever the needs arise with minimum inventory cost Responsible for career development or training of subordinates in order to have second liner Responsible for maintenance cost Identify and implement improvement maintenance in order to prolong the life span of equipment. Plan plant shut activities in order to minimize plant shutdown duration and labour cost Familiar with SAP system especially implementation of preventive maintenance Familiar with fire fighting system, especially diesel engine maintenance and annual pump performance test To maintain the documentation system according to IS0 9001 Familiars with HSE standard such as JSA, HAZOPS, etc Familiars with Machinery Acts especially on the renewal of PMT and PMA certification To ensure that the mechanical workshop is well maintained organized. Capable of making right and fast decision

- In-depth of technical knowledge Root Cause Analysis Able to lead by example Able to influencing other people Fast and correct decision Result oriented Able to work long hour and under pressure Knowledge in ISO system, environment, safety & health legal compliance Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2-5 year experience especially in the manufacturing industry
