Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Architectural Assistant will support day-to-day activities, including creating technical and architectural drawings, assisting in planning and presentation preparation, and contributing to design development. They will work closely with the design team to ensure projects meet client expectations and deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Architectural Drawings (Autocad)
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape
• Strong understanding of Architecture and planning concepts
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions
• Ability to create and deliver Presentations to showcase designs and concepts
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Diploma in Architecture
• Past working experience is an advantage
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
