Part-time Commercial Legal Counsel - Tech MNC (PT hours during business hours)

We're working with several global technology companies looking for experienced commercial lawyers to provide part-time legal support on a flexible basis. This is a great fit for lawyers who enjoy hands-on contract work in fast-moving tech environments.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ PQE commercial/tech lawyers
• Strong experience reviewing and negotiating tech commercial contracts (SaaS, MSAs, NDAs, vendor & customer agreements) or corporate commercial contracts
• Prior in-house or tech sector exposure is highly preferred
• Comfortable working independently and partnering closely with business teams
