PartTime Sale Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Part-Time Sales Advisor to support our showroom sales operations, focusing on reconditioned vehicles, KIA, and Dongfeng models. This role is suitable for students, fresh graduates, or individuals seeking flexible working hours while gaining real-world exposure in the automotive sales industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and assist with vehicle enquiries.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle basic sales processes including test drive coordination, booking forms, and documentation support.
- Follow up with potential customers via WhatsApp or calls.
- Support the sales team during peak hours, weekends, or showroom events.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, vehicle display, and professional appearance.
- Assist in preparing simple sales reports or customer records when required.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and presentable with good communication skills (English & Malay).
- Interest in cars, automotive sales, or customer service.
- Willing to learn about recond vehicles and new car models (KIA / Dongfeng).
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or peak showroom hours.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp usage skills.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but not compulsory.
- Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- RM10/h + Commissions up to RM5,000 per vehicle.
- Sales incentives/commissions for successful bookings or conversions.
- Hands-on exposure to the automotive sales industry.
- Opportunity to convert to full-time Sales Advisor based on performance.
- Training and guidance provided by the sales team.
