  • Employment history (5th August - 9th August 2024)

Join date, promotion, salary progression, demotion, resignation, termination, transfer, link the documents, filling the physical file.

  • Staff training records: ( 12 August - 16 August 2024)

Internal/External training plan, proposal/training/course description, training schedule, instructor/trainer information, participant list, department/role, attendance records (sign in sheets), absence records, training materials, course outlines, assessments and evaluations, certification and completion, budget & expense cost, invoice, HRDF balance, link to documents, filling the physical file.

  • List of SOPS, Memos, JDs, & forms: ( 19 August - 23 August 2024)

List of all SOPs for admin & HR, all forms with standard reference and template (version date stated), link to documents, filling the physical file.

  • Recruitment records: (26 August - 30 August 2024)

Manpower requisition form list & approval date, list & date of job posting and advertisement, preferred join date, total candidate application for each position, source of hire, selection list, interview list, hired list, filling the physical file.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM
  • 00 - RM10.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
